At Spinney Stays , we have been providing comfortable and stylish stays for hundreds of guests in our fantastic accommodation. Our properties are currently located in Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire, and we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service.

Every property is unique, but all of them have standard features:

  • Large smart TV with access to streaming services

Some properties offer FREE onsite parking, but for one's that don't, they are in close proximity to large overnight car parks. You will be able to see individual parking situations on each property description.

We offer cheaper prices booking directly with us than you would on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.


In addition, we offer weekly and monthly discounts for guests looking for longer mid/long term stays. 

Each property is professionally cleaned after every stay, ready for the next guests.

We take security and safety seriously at Spinney Stays, with all our properties. To ensure hosts and guests are covered, all guests must provide the following:

  • IDs (Passport or Driver's License) of all guests in the group 
  • Signed rental agreement 
  • Security deposit

Our properties will also feature security cameras covering specific entrances and noise monitoring systems to control the risk of misuse.


Each home includes a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, carbon dioxide/monoxide detectors and first aid kit.

Our properties are NOT party properties. We have wonderful neighbours who must be respected at all times and therefore prohibit excessive loud noise. 


Properties that are houses may be booked for certain events after prior approval. In these cases, we allow gatherings and celebrations that are under control and don't produce excessive noise and disturbances.
